Is Kantin available now?

Kantin is currently being trialled with a number of customers. If you would like your company to participate in these trials please drop us an email at hello@kantin.software and we will get in touch.

How much does Kantin cost?

Kantin is all about getting colleagues to talk together more, in a social context. We have built our pricing model to reflect this. There are no per user monthly subscriptions, or different pricing tiers for different size companies or features - you just buy Kantin Credits which provide shared voice minutes for all Kantin users in a company. When you run low on voice minutes you can purchase more Kantin Credits, it's as simple as that.

Does Kantin support video calls or text messaging?

We have tried to make the Kantin experience as simple, friendly and intuitive as possible by encouraging and facilitating voice conversations among work colleagues. Audio provides the simplicity and immediacy to recreate those "canteen discussions" without the need to add to your daily keyboard total or look good on camera.

Why wouldn't I just use Zoom, Teams, Slack or even WhatsApp?

Those are all excellent tools to deliver what they are focused on - scheduled meetings and/or text centric messaging. They have a specific user goal and user experience in mind. Kantin has been designed from the ground up to encourage and facilitate easy audio based social conversations - unscheduled, topic based and fun to use.

How can I delete my Kantin account?

You should contact one of the Kantin Admin Users within your company and ask them to remove your account. Once deleted, no user data is retained so if you sign up for a new account in the future you will need to complete user registration again.
